Phoenix ERPDelete your Phoenix ERP account
You can delete your account and all its data yourself at any time.
In the app or on the website
- Sign in at app.phoenix-erp.co.uk or in the Phoenix ERP app.
- Open Settings and scroll to the end.
- Choose Delete account and type your password to confirm.
If you cannot sign in
Email nat@bellauditingservices.co.uk from the email address on the account with the subject "Delete my Phoenix ERP account". We will confirm and delete the account within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, business details, logo and sign-in.
- All customers, suppliers, products, quotes, orders, jobs, invoices, bills, purchase orders, staff and equipment records, and uploaded files and photos.
Deletion from our live database is immediate and permanent. Copies held in database backups are removed as those backups expire, within 30 days.
Before you delete
- You may want to export your records first: Settings, then Download everything (JSON).
- Deleting your account cancels a card subscription taken on the website, so you are not charged again.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions so you are not charged again.
