Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and Bell Auditing & Consultancy Services Limited ("we", "us") for your use of Phoenix ERP ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
The service
Phoenix ERP lets one person run quotes, jobs, orders, stock, purchasing and invoicing for their business. One subscription covers one user. We may improve, change or add features over time.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over and use the service for business purposes.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- The information you give us must be accurate.
Free trial and subscription
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial.
- After the trial the service is a monthly subscription, currently £12.99 per month including the core app. Add-on modules are priced separately in the app.
- If you subscribe by card on the website, Stripe takes the payment and renews it each month. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in Settings and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If you subscribe through Google Play, Google takes the payment, renews it each month and handles cancellations and refunds under Google Play's own terms. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play subscriptions screen and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a subscription lapses, your account becomes read-only. You can still view and export your records, and you can restart the subscription at any time.
- We may change prices with reasonable notice before your next renewal.
- Refunds and cancellations are covered in our refund policy.
Your data
Your records are yours. We only use them to provide the service. See the privacy policy for how we handle personal data. You can export your data and delete your account at any time from Settings.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: do not try to break into it or other accounts, overload it, resell it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Your responsibility for your records
Phoenix ERP helps you prepare documents such as quotes, invoices, job records and compliance checklists. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your tax, VAT, legal and certification records and for meeting the standards and schemes that apply to your work. The compliance checklists are working aids and do not make a job compliant with, or certified to, any standard or scheme. We are not your accountant, auditor or certification body. Please keep your own backups of important records; the export feature is there for that.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where reasonable.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you are a consumer you keep any rights you have to bring a claim in your home nation of the UK.
