Phoenix ERPPrivacy policy
Phoenix ERP is a business app for sole traders and small trades: quotes, jobs, orders, stock, purchasing and invoicing. It is provided by Bell Auditing & Consultancy Services Limited ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

The records about your customers and staff are personal data that you control. You are the controller of that data and we process it for you to provide the app.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not run analytics that follow you around, and we never sell personal data.
Who else handles data
- Render hosts the application servers.
- Neon hosts the database where your records are stored (London region).
- Google processes payments and subscription management if you subscribe through Google Play.
- Stripe processes card payments and subscription management if you subscribe on the website. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers.
These providers act on our instructions and only to run the service. We may also share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your records while your account exists. If a subscription ends, your account becomes read-only and you can still export your data. When you delete your account, your records and files are deleted from our live database straight away; copies in database backups are removed as those backups expire, within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to move it to another service. In the app you can download all your data (Settings, Download everything) and delete your account (Settings, Delete account). You can also email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Each account's data is kept separate and is only available after sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Children
Phoenix ERP is a business tool for adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email.
