Phoenix ERPRefund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to Phoenix ERP, provided by Bell Auditing & Consultancy Services Limited. It sits alongside our terms of use.

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with no card needed, so you can check the service suits your business before you pay anything.
Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- If you subscribed by card on the website, choose Manage billing in Settings. If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel in the Google Play subscriptions screen.
- When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- After that your account becomes read-only. You can still view and export your records, and you can restart at any time.
Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We do not normally refund a month that has already started, or give part-month refunds when you cancel, because you keep access until the period ends.
We will refund you in full for:
- a charge taken in error, or a duplicate charge;
- a renewal charged after you had cancelled, if you contact us within 14 days of the charge;
- a month in which a fault on our side stopped you using the service and we could not put it right in reasonable time.
We may also refund other requests made within 14 days of a charge, at our discretion. Add-on modules are treated the same way as the core subscription.
How to ask
Email nat@bellauditingservices.co.uk from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. We aim to reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually reach you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Subscribed through Google Play?
Google takes the payment, so Google handles those refunds under Google Play's refund policy. Request a refund through Google Play. If something went wrong on our side, email us and we will help.
Your legal rights
Phoenix ERP is sold for business use. If you are a consumer, nothing in this policy affects the rights you have by law, including any right to cancel within 14 days of buying a service.
