Questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Sign up with your email and business name, and you have 14 days to try everything before you decide.
What happens when the trial or subscription ends?
Your account becomes read-only. You can still view and export all your records, and you can subscribe again at any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from Manage billing in Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See the refund policy for the details.
Is it for more than one person?
One subscription covers one user. It is designed for a one-person trade or business.
Who can see my data?
Only you. Every record belongs to your account, and we only use it to run the service. Read the privacy policy, and you can export or delete your data from Settings whenever you want.
Does it replace my accountant or my bookkeeping software?
No. Phoenix ERP prepares your quotes, invoices and records, and exports them for QuickBooks Online, Sage or Xero. You stay responsible for your tax and VAT records.
